I thought music theory 1 was the start of the good part of the degree program. Music theory 2 is the real start. We got more in detail about the chords and much more.
Music Theory II The Music Theory II Course continues an in-depth study of the workings of musical structure first explored in Music Theory I. Students will study melody, harmony, and rhythm, and will continue to develop notational and aural skills. The focus of the course lies in understanding the construction of music and gaining the ability to communicate effectively with musicians, composers, directors, programmers, and producers in a professional audio production environment.
